Gastric Shield Powder 100g

Dogs per 10kg: 2x daily 10ml
Cats per 5kg: 2x daily 5ml

Mix 1 g of the stomach shield herbal mixture with approximately 60 ml of lukewarm water and let it swell for about 5 minutes. The slippery elm bark will form a slight mucus. You can draw up the stomach shield in a syringe and administer it directly into the mouth or offer it with a very small amount of particularly tasty food (e.g., our pill paste). Alternatively, you can mix the slippery elm bark with one of our broths or our (cold) stomach calming herbal tea; this can increase acceptance and the effect. If possible, administer the mucus 30 minutes before normal feeding and do not mix it with normal food, as it can reduce nutrient absorption. It will also be less effective then.

If your pet needs quick relief, you can also give the stomach shield in the specified dosage 20 minutes before each feeding. In case of acute stomach irritation, you should then give many small portions of easily digestible food.
