Meine Sendung ist nur angekündigt?! Wann schickt ihr die raus?
Wenn sich der Status in "elektronisch angekündigt" ändert, bedeutet das wir haben das Label gedruckt. Das passiert bei uns morgens, häufig klappt aber die Synchronisation von DHL nicht, sodass sich der Status erst im Lafe des Tages ändert.
Abgeholt wird die Post in der Regel bis 14 Uhr. Sobald sie dann im Paketzentrum erneut gescannt wurde, ändert sich der Status in der Sendungsverfolgung.
Leider passiert es immer häufiger, dass die Sendungen nicht zuverlässig gescannt werden und ihr bis zur Zustellung nur die elekrtonische Ankündigung sehen könnt. Das sieht für euch dann so aus, als würden wir die Sendung zurückhalten, obwohl sie schon zu euch unterwegs ist. Wir versichern euch, dass jedes versendbare Paket am nächsten Werktag raus geht. Wenn wir was nicht versenden können (Produktengpass oder Adressfehler) kontaktieren wir euch!

Wir kontrollieren ob dein Geschäftsbereich zu unserem passt, weil uns wichtig ist, dass die Produkte richtig platziert werden.
Also wenn du z.B. einen 1€ Shop hast, dann passt du nicht zu uns, führst du einen Tierbedarfsladen selbstverständlich schon.
Welche Konditionen kriegen Händler?
Händler kriegen von uns 20% bei einem Mindestbestellwert von 200€.
Wie kann ich bestellen?
Wenn du freigeschaltet bist erscheint in deinem Profil ein Bestellformular, über das du bestellen kannst.
Du kannst aber auch ganz normal im Shop bestellen.
Wichtig ist, dass du im Checkout dann deinen Händlerrabattcode eingibst.
