General terms and conditions of business

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Data protection:
The customer agrees that his or her personal data will be stored for the purpose of automated processing based on the contractual relationship and waives special notification under the Federal Data Protection Act. Contact details and the content of consultations and treatments are subject to confidentiality under the Federal Data Protection Act and may only be passed on to third parties with the customer's written consent.

Conclusion of the contract
All products, articles and services available for purchase through the seller's online shop do not constitute binding offers by the seller in the legal sense, but are an invitation to the buyer to make an offer.
After the buyer has sent the order, he or she will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of the order and representing acceptance of the offer in the legal sense, whereby the contract is concluded.

Prices, VAT, payment
All prices quoted are total prices including statutory VAT plus any shipping costs depending on the delivery method (see § 4).
The seller offers the following payment methods: advance payment via bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna Sofortüberweisung, Klarna Sofort Pay, and credit card payment. The seller will issue the customer an invoice for the ordered goods, which will be sent via email at the same time as the order confirmation.

Deliveries, shipping costs and transfer of risk
Delivery (delivery by a shipping company) will be made after receipt of payment if payment is made in advance by bank transfer, or immediately within a maximum of two working days after receipt of the order if all other payment methods are offered.
The seller's delivery and payment terms are detailed in the order form. Please refer to the respective item description for the delivery date.
On the last order page before submitting your offer (“order with payment”) you will receive a complete overview of the essential features of the goods, the total price of the goods, and all associated components such as shipping and packaging costs.
If the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the shipping risk is borne exclusively by the seller. If, however, the buyer is an entrepreneur, the risk passes to the buyer as soon as the seller has delivered the item to the freight forwarder or other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment.

Retention of title
The seller reserves ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Liability for defects
The statutory liability for defects applies to our goods.

Technical steps for the conclusion of the contract/order process
Select the products you wish to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will place your selection in your shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time up until you submit your order by changing the quantity, deleting the selection by clicking the "Remove" button, or canceling the order process. Clicking the "Checkout" button will take you to the next order step. If you already have a customer account, please log in with a username and password; otherwise, please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in compliance with data protection regulations. It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. After entering the customer and billing information, you must complete the registration by clicking the "Continue" button. Now check the selected delivery and billing address. You can access the next step by clicking the "Continue to Payment" button. Now check the selected payment method and shipping method. Please read the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the Terms and Conditions under the Cancellation Policy (check the box). By clicking the "Buy" button, you submit your order to us. You hereby submit a legally binding offer.

Storage of the contract text after conclusion of the contract and accessibility for the
Customers.
The contract text and your order details are saved by the seller. After completing your order, you will receive a clear order confirmation containing all the details of your order. You can also print the contract text using your browser's print function. Your order details will also be included separately in the email sent to you. Furthermore, the seller will send the contract terms to the buyer by email at any time upon request.

Possibility of correcting input errors
You have the option to correct your entries at any time before submitting your order. This can be done using the "back button" or the "back arrow" on your internet browser. You can make corrections either directly on the individual offer pages in the available input fields. You also have the option of updating the products or deleting individual products within the virtual shopping cart. All of these correction options are available up to and including the submission of the binding offer by clicking the "BUY" button.

Contract language
The contract language is exclusively German.

Codes of Conduct
The seller has not submitted to any relevant codes of conduct.

Order confirmation
After the customer has submitted the offer, he or she will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping confirmation
After the goods have been sent to the customer, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Complaints and warranties
Complaints, especially warranty claims, must be addressed to the seller.

Return, cancellation, return of goods due to the buyer's fault
If the buyer does not accept the goods from the shipping service provider or does not pick them up and returns them to the seller, there are two options for further action. The seller will resend the goods for a flat shipping fee of €4.00, excluding packaging costs. The order will be canceled, and the value of the goods, less a processing fee of €4.00 and any shipping costs already paid, will be refunded. The processing fee covers the return shipping costs incurred by the buyer and the seller.

Essential characteristics of the goods
The essential features of the product can be found in the item description. This also applies to the validity period of any limited-time offers.

Attempted fraud
We will report any attempted fraud immediately.

Severability clause:
Should individual provisions of the treatment contract or one or more of my General Terms and Conditions be invalid or only partially valid, the validity of all other provisions shall remain unaffected. Section 139 of the German Civil Code (BGB) does not apply.
